A strong Anchors contingent descended upon Camp Wing in Duxbury on Sunday, May 4th to volunteer their time and give back to the South Shore community. Camp Wing is operated by Crossroads for Kids who works with 4000 Massachusetts youth each year to develop their innate potential to become members of the next generation of young leaders. Through a unique combination of summer camp and year-round mentoring and enrichment programs, Crossroads provides youth aged 7 to 18 with comprehensive support and opportunities which guide them toward future success and responsible citizenship. Crossroads relies upon the support of volunteers to open its doors. Anchors provided service in areas including painting 4-square courts, sanding and priming buildings, power-washing a swimming pool, building archery target stands and much more!
