2020 AGM Scheduled for May 9th at 10 AM

The AGM will take place online at 10:00 AM EST via Zoom. Additional details will be shared with club membership directly.

The AGM will be recorded and made available to watch after the event for anyone who cannot attend.

During the meeting, candidates for open board positions will have an opportunity to make a speech, and we will attempt to facilitate a question and answer session following each speech. Instructions for asking questions will be provided on the day.

No voting will take place at the AGM.

Nominations can be submitted at ssrugby.com/nominate. Nominations will be open until May 2nd.

Voting will open immediately following the AGM at ssrugby.com/vote.
